You know it's fall when...

I start making pumpkin pie!

Seriously! I love pumpkin pie. That's one of the main reasons why I love this time of year. I use a very simple recipe that is easy to follow and very yummy to eat.


Ingredients:
  • 15oz can of pumpkin pie filling
  • 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2tsp ginger
  • 1/2tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1-9" pie crust
Directions: 

  1.  Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Combine pumpkin pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt into a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
  5. Bake for 15min.
  6. Reduce temperature to 350F and continue baking for another 30min.
  7. Cool, slice, and enjoy.
