I start making pumpkin pie!
Seriously! I love pumpkin pie. That's one of the main reasons why I love this time of year. I use a very simple recipe that is easy to follow and very yummy to eat.
Ingredients:
- 15oz can of pumpkin pie filling
- 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2tsp nutmeg
- 1/2tsp ginger
- 1/2tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1-9" pie crust
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Combine pumpkin pie filling, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt into a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for 15min.
- Reduce temperature to 350F and continue baking for another 30min.
- Cool, slice, and enjoy.
